Loyalty, integrity, and respect are fundamental criteria for Ede. With over 20 years of work experience, he serves as the General Manager of Romania's largest chair manufacturer, Antares - Scaune.ro. He has held the position of President of the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster since 2022 but has been actively involved in all cluster projects from the very beginning.

Business intuition, a passion for quality work, and over 20 years of experience in the furniture industry recommend Iancu Ioan as a mentor in entrepreneurship and in the field of furniture production. Open to the people in his team and collaborators, he is regarded as a trustworthy, moderate, empathetic individual with genuine leadership skills. He is an integral part of the community created by the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster, being a founding member.

Respect for life, people, and the environment is the core value that guides Daniela in everything she does. With over 20 years of experience in environmental protection, she is the founder of the consulting company Serban si Asociații SRL, and since 2019, she has been an active member of the TFC Association. She believes that her success in this field is based on her background in engineering, economics, and the environment, as well as her joy in solving complex problems.
